From the Host:
The Clovis North Aquatic Complex is an outdoor facility with two 50 Meter pools side by side. It is on a High School Campus, so we ask that you abide by any rules communicated or signage that indicates areas that are for the swim meet, as school will be in session on Thursday and Friday of the meet. Spectators are permitted in the facility. Masks are not required in outdoor settings, but are recommended for any indoor area.
Team Checks for entries may be turned into the Clerk of Course or directly to Kacy Ota on the deck. We would like to have all entry fee checks submitted by the end of the meet on Thursday Night.
If a swimmer is attending the meet without a coach, please have the swimmer check in to an official to be assigned a team/coach to be under supervision for warm-up.

Notes from Zoom Meeting:
- Thursday we recommend parking in the parking lot to the Southwest of the pool facility. Parking near the Access road near athletic facilities will be crowded due to athletic events.
- Please stay with barricades and caution taped areas on Friday Sessions. School is in session and we do not want swimmers with the Clovis North Students
- Swimmers restrooms will be on the South side outside the pool facility. One set at the snack bar and one set near the locker rooms. Locker rooms will not be available for Friday AM Session.
- Girls will run a 9 lane course on the South Side of pool (Scoreboard) and boys will be run in 7 lanes on the North Side (office side). The Multipurpose 50 meter pool to the East side of facility will be open for warm-up and warmdown.
- Thursday Session will end around 7:20pm. Pool will remain open until 8:00pm on Thursday night.
- Scratch Deadline for Thursday will be Wednesday at 5:00pm.

- Friday Prelims will begin at 5:00pm. Saturday and Sunday will be determined at coaches meeting on Friday at prelims.
- Please read the "No Show" policy on Meet Sheet. The penalty applies to individual events and does not affect relay participation.
- Please be sure to provide contact information to Admin Office when you arrive at the meet
